Sienna Settlement Rental Process

- Potential tenant will determine if vacation dates are available
by reviewing the reservation calendar - the dates in yellow
are NOT available for renting. There is a rental
minimum of one week.
- Potential tenant will email their reservations request for
specific dates to Information@SantoriniVacationRental.com
- Sienna Settlement representative will respond to potential
tenant’s email confirming vacation dates providing an
invoice for the down payment along with the Sienna Settlement
Rental Agreement.
- Potential tenant will secure reservation by paying down payment
(50% of total stay amount).
- Tenant will complete, sign and FAX the rental agreement to
1-757-625-1254 (US).
- Sienna Settlement representative will contact tenant to obtain
credit card information for Security Deposit (€ 500 EUROS). At
this time, tenant will also be informed that should damages
to property and/or its contents occur during their stay in
Sienna Settlement, the amount for repairs will be deducted
from the Security Deposit. Should repairs exceed the
Security Deposit, then the tenant’s credit card will
be charged only after they have been notified, provided a list
of damages and given the opportunity to reply.
- Sienna Settlement representative will email Santorini, on-island
representative, confirming reservation dates and provide tenant
specific information.
- Sienna Settlement representative will email tenant to inform
receipt of down payment, completed rental agreement, reminder
of due date (30-days prior to start of vacation), amount remaining
balance owed (50% of total stay amount), and request they email
Santorini, on-island representative to initiate contact and
begin to arrange meeting prior to tenant’s arrival in
Santorini.
- No less than 2-weeks prior to the tenant’s due date (30-days
prior to start of vacation), IF balance has not been paid in
full, Sienna Settlement representative will send another invoice
to the tenant (as a reminder) for the remaining balance.
- Tenant will pay remaining balance.
- Sienna Settlement representative will email tenant to inform
receipt of remaining balance.
- No less than 2-weeks prior to tenant arrival to Santorini,
Sienna Settlement representative will email Santorini, on-island
representative, confirming arrangements have been completed
for the arrival of tenant.
- Once the tenant has departed the property, the Santorini, on-island
representative will send an email to Information@SantoriniVacationRental.com informing
the Sienna Settlement representative that the keys have been
returned and the situation of the property and its contents.
- If damage has occurred, a full list of damages, photos and
repair amount will be provided to tenant, within 2-weeks of
tenant’s departure. Total amount of repairs will be deducted
from Security Deposit (€ 500 EUROS) and the remaining
balance will be returned to the tenant. If the total
repairs exceed Security Deposit, Sienna Settlement representative
will inform tenant of the additional amount to be charged to
the credit card. The tenant has 3-business days to protest
(in writing) upon receipt of the letter with damages listed,
or else the credit card will be charged for the damages.
- If damage has not occurred, Sienna Settlement representative
will refund the Security Deposit (€ 500 EUROS) to the
tenant, within 30-days preceding the end of the rental period.
